  1. How about Jamaican Beef Patties? A properly seasoned TVP would work perfectly inside of a vegan pastry crust. I'm half Jamaican, by the way, so you can imagine that I too have a nostalgia for my culture foods from my pre vegan life.

  2. When I was young, my family was stationed in Japan. Our favorite junk food snack while there was pizza-man from 7-11s. I would love to be able to make a vegan version now, it would back a bunch of memories of stuffing my face as a kid.
