I use Japanese rice.
But you can use rice to buy your country.
What kind of rice is best for making fried rice?
カレー味の卵を使うところがポイントです!
えッ、卵とかき混ぜるの!?_?
pls don't cook like that, i feel intimidated the way you handle your wok.. :(
If I do that at home, rice will fly all over the kitchen for sure xD
Thanks for the measurements!!
@duingun I think cc is cubic centimeters which is = mL.
5mL= 1 tsp
so 3-6 tsp of curry powder or 1-2 TBS
if you still need the answer.
卵にカレー粉を入れるのですか・・・
やってみます。
you look so god damn pro..
2 peeple cant cook
excellent
how well does fried rice cook when its not in a wok?
コンロの火力が強いからなせる技だと思います。
火力が弱いとごはんがベチョベチョになっちゃうからね。
no, it's no different than mixing, say, sugar, salt or other spices into beaten egg before cooking it. He scrambles it in the wok but cuts that part of the recipe out of the video. It doesn't magically become a paste just by combining them.
Maybe you can't read Japanese, but he clearly says 'cook the eggs as you always would for a fried rice recipe, removing them before they are fully cooked.' All his other fried rice recipes shows you the technique if you're really interested but these are very much not microwaved eggs.
@youthXZZ
more like curry-flavoured egg, pre-cooked added to the mixture. I'm a wee bit disappointed to see the egg apparently microwaved tho … Otherwise, awesome and simple as usual :-)
本当に美味しそうですね!
さっそくカレー炒飯つくってみます。(^0^)
@RationalTheism
The problem is, he posts these videos for the Japanese audience and his English is not so good. He never realized that many English speaking audience would enjoy this as well.
