Hi, At which stage should I add beef mince? Or should I cook it separately?

Quick tip!!! Instead of adding water to your curry, add about 2-3 tbsps of oil to your wok and add your curry powder to that. Low high and let in cook for a bit to bring out the aromas and flavours, and overall it will taste better.
Im from Singapore for the last 45 years.. We have so many rice noodles dishes that are iconic to Singapore .. Never heard of this

It amazes me how people seem to need to be negative. "It doesn't exist"? Really? Because I just watched them make it. If you don't like their recipes, why not go elsewhere instead of complaining? I think this one looks yummy and I couldn't care less if it is served this way in Singapore or not. :)
