Fish Curry
Ingredients
Fish – 750 grams
Gingelly oil – 4 tbl spoon
Mustard – ¾ teaspoon
Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon
Chopped shallots – 150 grams
Chopped garlic cloves – 6 to 8
Curry leaves
Green chilli – 1
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Tomato – 2
Tamarind juice of lemon size
Salt
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon

I made this with tilapia, and it turned out beautifully. I just cooked the tilapia directly in the sauce and skipped the pan frying. So good! I love your channel!
