Dhaba Style Mutton Curry

Mutton curry (also referred to as kosha mangsho, Goat curry and lamb curry) is an Indian curry dish that is prepared from mutton and vegetables and originated in Bengal.Railway mutton curry is a variation of the dish that originated during the British Raj colonial-era. Primary ingredients of mutton curry include mutton, onion, tomato and spices.

Mutton curry was originally prepared heated by a fire in a large pot. It may now be cooked using pressure cookers and slow cookers.Mutton curry may be served with rice.The dish has been served with raji, a cereal.

Ingredients required for the delicious Dhaba style Mutton Curry/ Dhabha Style Mutton Curry / Mutton curry are as mentioned below:-

  1. Mutton – 1 Kg
  2. Onion – 800 gms ( around 7-8 medium size onions)
  3. Tomatoes – 1 medium size
  4. Curd – 1 Cup

5.Garlic – 7 -8 garlic cloves finely chopped

  1. Coriander leaves – finely chopped
  2. coriander Powder – 1 TBSP
  3. Cumin Powder – 1 TBSP
  4. Mutton Masala – 3 TBSP
  5. Salt
  6. Turmeric Powder -2TBSP
  7. RED Chiles Powder – 3 TBSP
  8. Cooking Oil – 3 – 4 TBSP

For Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilies Paste we need

  Garlic  cloves – 15 – 20

  Ginger we need – 1 Inch

  Green Chilies – 5-8 nos

 In Solid Spices ( Khare Garam Masale)

 Bay leaf – 3 nos

 Cumin seeds – 2 TSP

 Red Chilies –  2 – 3 nos

 Star – 1

Cinamon stick – 2 nos ( around 1 inch each)

Green cardamom –  6-7 nos

Black cardamom – 2 nos

Cloves – 5-6 nos

  1. Bhai aaj apki recipe try kari , normally main online recipe se thoda darta hu kyunki dikhate kuch aur hai par jab hum banate hai to banta kuch aur hai. But apki recipe step by step follow ki aur same jaisa apka bana tha mutton same waisa hi mera bhi bana tha but ek choti si kami lagi ki itna saara pyaaz dalne ki wajah se mutton m halka sa mithaas pan aa gaya tha .. baki overall good .. 9/10
