So fixed the sound issue, Thanks to Mr Curry for pointing that out!
Here is a very requested video, there are many ways of doing this, but as always we’ve tried to give you the “across the board” version to make it as close to a “typical” chinese takeaway as we can.
Beef Marinade:
200g top side beef
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon MSG
drop of dark soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda
Curry Sauce
1 heap d/s of the curry paste we showed you to make
300ml water
1/2 teaspoon msg
1/3 teaspoon salt
pinch of sugar
1/2 copped onion
hand full of frozen peas
Corn starch or potato starch in case sauce isn’t thick enough

This looks amazing….could you please show us how to make Char Siu Pork ???
I bet your Mum is blessing the day you became a vegan
Thank you
What was the coconut you added and how much?
Tenderizing and flavouring meat is such an important subject. Look forward to anything on that.
I tried this with and with out the MSG, its amazing how much flavour it adds. Without it the flavour isn't right at all, couldnt actually believe the difference. Whats the best brand of msg? This recipe is the closest to my local anyone has come, i think i need to tweet the cumin level. But like you said this is a basic recipe designed to be a starting point. Keep up the good work!
One of the best cookery channels on here. So different and honest
can you please show us black papper sause ?
Love this channel you are great
Looks yum!!!
Like the idea of blended bananas
looking forward to this one i'm doing it tomorrow!!! well the curry paste tomorrow then the curry on Sunday but may wait a few days like you said until i use the curry paste but keep it up this is a unique channel as the amount of people i speak to at work can never ever get Chinese food to taste like takeaways you have really found a niche in you tube right here and that is why i'm still here 🙂
good looking dish guy's, that has to go onto my to do list, like now. I know I already have a recipe on you list, but some when into the future could you please do the Pad Tai dish I seen in one of your other video's?
Yum!
That looks sooo goooodd!!!
