গরুর মাংস রান্না । Cooking Beef in Common, healthy and Traditional way. Beef (Cow Meat) Curry is one of the tasty and favorite recipe of our country. This popular cuisine is cooked in various ways. Such as beef bhuna, chili beef recipe, beef roast, beef fry, Chinese style beef, matsuska beef – is one of the expensive Japanese style recipe, beef steak, grill, spicy beef bhuna, beef bhoona, dry beef curry, chinese shredded, sizzling, beef stew, black fry (Gorur kala bhuna), beef biryani and tehari etc.

Today I’ll show how to cook Beef (Cow Meat) simply and spicy bhuna – A healthy beef recipe.

Necessary Ingredients :

1. Beef – 1 kg
2. Onion chopped – 4 pices
3. Ginger Paste – 1 Table Spoon (TBSP)
4. Garlic paste – 1 TBSP
5. Cumin paste – 1 tbsp
6. Turmeric powder – 1 Tea Spoon (tsp)
7. Chili powder – 1 tsp
8. Salt – To taste
9. Bay leaf – 1 piece
10. Cinnamon – 3 pieces
11. Cardamom – 7/8 pieces
12. Cloves – 9/10 pieces
13. Mustard Oil
14. Soybean oil

Process of cooking :

To cook properly just view the video carefully. To reduce the video time I’ve fast forwarded in some places. Please see it in slow motion. Every process is described in this video.

It is a delicious Bangladeshi beef curry recipe. Beef Bhuna (Bhuna gorur mangsho) is more tasty than all other beef recipes. Almost every body likes it.

আলু দিয়ে মুরগির মাংস | Bangladeshi Potato Chicken Curry | Alu Murgi | Aloo

অনেক ট্রেডিশনাল এবং অনেক রিকোয়েস্ট ছিলো এই রেসিপিটার। অনেকেই মুরগির মাংস রান্না করার ওস্তাদ, কিন্তু আমাকে অনেকেই বলেন যে আপু আমার মাংসটা কিছুতেই পারফেক্ট হয়না। তাই আমি এই রান্নার খুঁটি নাটি নিয়ে এখন হাজির হলাম।

তৈরী করতে লেগেছে –
– মুরগির মাংস ১ কেজি
– আলু ০.৫ কেজি
– টমেটো ০.৫ কাপ
– পেঁয়াজ কুচি ১ কাপ
– পেঁয়াজ বাটা ০.৫ কাপ
– মরিচের গুঁড়ি – মেরিনেশনে ১ টেবিল চামুচ, রান্নার সময় ১ চা চামুচ
– হলুদের গুঁড়ি – মেরিনেশনে ০.৫ চা চামুচ, রান্নার সময় ১ চিমটি
– লবণ – মেরিনেশনে ১ চা চামুচ, রান্নার সময় ১ চা চামুচ
– রান্নার তেল ১ কাপ
– রসুন বাটা ১ টেবিল চামুচ
– আদা বাটা ১ টেবিল চামুচ
– ধনে গুঁড়ি ১ টেবিল চামুচ
– জিরা গুঁড়ি ১ চা চামুচ

Here is what you’ll need!

Easy Homemade Chicken Curry (gluten-free And Low Fodmap)
Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon garam masala
½ tablespoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Oil
1 red chili, chopped
400 grams chopped tomatoes
100 milliliters water
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Rice, to serve
Coriander, to serve

PREPARATION
1. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
2. Season the chicken with turmeric, chili powder, cumin, garam masala, ginger, and white wine vinegar, and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a pot over a medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until brown.
4. Add the chili, chopped tomatoes, water, salt, and pepper.
5. Mix well and bring to a boil.
6. Simmer for 1 hour, until the sauce has thickened.
7. Serve with rice and chopped coriander.
8. Enjoy!

Ingredients:-
1 tbsp. Chilli powder
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 cup Yoghurt
4 medium onions
5 Green Chillies
2 tbsp. Coriander seeds powder
2 tbsp. Cumin seeds powder
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
3 tbsp. Coconut oil
2” Cinnamon
¼ tsp. Asafoetida
1 tbsp. Garlic paste
1 tbsp. Ginger paste
2 cups Coconut milk
½ cup of finely chopped coriander
Salt to taste

Method:-
1. Marinate the chicken with salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and yoghurt for 30 minutes.
2. Grind the chillies and onions to a thick paste.
3. Heat the coconut oil and add cinnamon, cumin seeds, asafoetida, ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
4. Add the onion paste and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
5. Then add coriander and cumin seed powder and sauté.
6. Add marinated chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes.
7. Add coconut milk, coriander leaves and cover and cook until the chicken is done.

Chicken Korma in Coconut Milk is ready to eat!
