  2. This was tasty! I added a little coconut milk bc it was a bit too acidic for me. My husband land I really liked it. I'm excited about trying out new recipes on your channel!

  3. Hey Manjula! Another good video! I learn alot from watching you cook and explain

  4. Manjula aunty's recipes are all very reliable and simple and easy which is why hers is my go to website for cooking. I cooked this today and it looks and tastes great. I would only change one thing and that is slice and steam the carrots ahead of time as they take forever to cook. This means the cauliflower will end up being overcooked.

  5. I love your recipes and how well you teach. ALso, it is great that your Englis is so clear! THanks so much. We love Indian food.

  6. You add garam masala at last, Doesn't it need to be cooked properly? We normally put garam masala and cook well.

  7. Thank you for  your great videos.  You are beautiful.  I look forward to making this dish.  It looks healthy and yummy.

  8. I love you so much! Got so many ideas from your recipes. Thank you for your work
    !

  9. Thanks for the simple recipe!

Just have a question, why no onions? I usually see veg curries with onion (some are even have quite a lot). Will sauteing onions with the cumin seeds before the tomato puree be ok?
