  7. I have my oxtails on marinate righr now thanks to your oxtail recipe video. I will give this a try. Looks delicious. I like the fact that the recipes are so simple and not so complex

  8. Chef, this is a great tutorial, thanks for sharing you knowledge with us. I am a Sierra Leonean, but do love Jamaican foods.. Just one additional request, what are the names of all the seasons you used? Please if possible, could you write a step by step text?

  9. Gosh knows how I struggle with cooking curry , I only started cooking 3yrs ago but I catch on in leaps and bound. I will try your way and see its new to me, I swear.

  10. THis recipe is really bad I tried it and it isn't like real curry at all. So now I need to look for a better one with a real Indian chef.
