i found the what im looking…hmmm looks tasty.thanks for this vid :)
thanks for sharing (youtube working at its finest!)
Hi there, I'm sure you've heard about this herb, next summer give it a go… for amazing laksa, add "polygonum hydropiper", better known as "Vietnamese Mint", "Laksa Mint" or "Hot Mint". Available from your local Vietnamese / Thai / Chinese greengrocer. Buy a bunch, eat all the lower leaves, freeze what you don't use; be sure to leave a few leaves and the tips in place, then stick it in a pot. With a bit of luck, they'll all start growing (9 out of 10 anyway). Happy Laksa Time!!!
This is so different from what we have here in Singapore (yours is much healthier) but it looks amazing nonetheless :D
We love the simplicity of your recipes, thanks for sharing!
You should try our Sarawak Laksa. Far more different than this curry Laksa.. I bet you'll like it. If you ever come across making Sarawak Laksa, do leave me a message!! :D

And top w laksa leaves for extra flavour! Now I'm hungry….
Your version of Laksa looks great! I always eat mine w boiled egg halves and fried fish cakes! Yummy
I checked the label on my jar and it doesn't mention any peanuts, however different brands may be different. Also trace amounts etc are a possibility I guess.
