Dhaba Style – Baingan Masala / Brinjal Masala I Egg Plant Curry | Recipes by MasalaWal

Masala/ Brinjal Masala / Egg Plant Masala Recipe is a dish that is made of small brinjals stuffed with masala, and packed with flavours from rich vibrant tomatoes and onions( No ginger garlic used).

It is mostly made in North/West of India. It’s a great curry recipe for people who enjoy thick and spicy curry.

Ingredients to make Baingan Masala/ Brinjal Masala/ Egg Plant Masala are the below:

 

Ingredients:

Small brinjal – 500 gms

Cumin seeds -1 tsp

bay leaves -2

Cloves – 3 to 4

Onion -1

Turmeric power- 1 tsp

Red chilli powder -1 tsp

Cumin powder -1 tsp

Coriander powder -1 tsp

Roasted ground nut powder – 100gms

Salt to taste

Cooking oil-4 tbsp

  3. Too long cooking time after putting the prawns in to pot! Don't you think this prolonged cooking time will get the prawns rubbery and chewy?

  4. Prawns was not cleaned, they need to slit the prawns and remove the intestine, it will taste far much better.

  5. she cooked it without gingergarlic paste ! am sure it might have stink like crazy and who cooks non veg without gingergarlic especially sea food that too southindian andhra style !!! mam you need to learn cooking first
