  3. won't adding cashews and sugar in this recipe defeat the purpose of being a low cal recipe. Instead
    isn't it better to just add a tbsp of oil!?

  8. i tried this. i added 1/4 cup desiccated coconut then i added masalas be4 pressure cook. avoided cashew and curd. after pressure cook grinded then i added fish fillets. so that i made no oil fish curry… Thank u.
