  1. I made this 2 times already, first time I followed the exact ingredients, it was too spicy for my taste, but very good!

The second time I made this, I didn't use the fried onions or the raisins. And instead of yogurt I used same amount of coconut milk, and also made it less spicy!!

This remind me of the curry beef casserole I would order from Malaysian restaurants!! Thanks for this video!

  2. those who thinks this is too oily, use less oil then her. Deeba loves to cook with an extra oil and that's fine for her. we all use different method and different amount of ingredients when we cook. The recipe is very good.

  3. Made this last week and added a little methi and fresh chilli and am making it again now.    It is great tasting an I think the oiliness adds to it. Thanks very much for a great curry.

  4. I tried this recipe. I was pleasantly surprised that it turned out the best curry I have ever cooked. The spices are easily available in most supermarkets. This is a keeper for me. Just decrease the amount of oil to sauté the masala with and strain excess oil. Thanks!!
