How to make juicy beef curry rice ビーフカレー

For thos who are not available to get curry roux, here is tutorial how to make it from scratch

Ingredients I used (serving 4)
: 250g beef
: 450g slice onion
: 270g carrot
: 150g eggplant
: 340g potato
: 10 brown mushrooms
: 5g garlic
: 10g ginger
: 2 bay leaf
: 1200ml bouillon stock or water
: 1/2 grated apple
: 2 tbsp ketchup
: 120g curry roux

Suggested ingredients:

12 oz of finely grated cauliflower

1 tbsp curry powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tbsp fish sauce (or 1 tsp salt)

1 tbsp finely chopped onions

1 tsp finely chopped fresh garlic

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 oz frozen green peas

3 oz medium frozen shrimps

1 tsp finely chopped scallions for garnishing

How to make Restaurant Style Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

Basmati rice-11/2 cup(I used india gate )

Garlic-2tsp

Celery-2tsp

Spring onion white -1tsp

Spring onion green -1tsp

Capsicum-2tbsp

Carrot-1 small

Cabbage-3tbsp

White pepper powder-1/2tsp

Salt-to taste

Soya sauce-1tbsp

Vinegar-1/2tsp

Sugar-1/4tsp

Sesame Oil-1 tsp

Oil-1 1/2 tbsp

Method

Wash the rice well and soak it for 15 minutes ..

Boil water and cook the rice until done ..

Drain and allow to cool .. Then keep it in the fridge for atleast 2 hours ..

I usually cook the rice previous day evening and keep in the fridge ..

Finely chop all the vegetables ,garlic,spring onion,celery …

Now heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadai ,and add garlic

Saute for few seconds ,then add spring onion, and celery d capsicum ..

Saute for another few seconds ..Now add cabbage carrot and beans ..Then saute

Saute well and add soya sauce ,sugar,salt and vinegar..
Now add cooked chicken breast and mix well and cook for 2 minutes .

Finally add the cooked rice ..

Mix and stir well… Cook for 3-4 minutes in medium flame …

Taste it and add salt and soya sauce if needed..Finally sprinkle 1tsp of sesame oil and mix well..

Garnish with spring onion …

Easy and tasty restaurant style fried rice is ready in few minutes ..

Enjoy with ur favourite side dishes ..

Tofu Shirataki Noodles w/ Thai Curry Sauce - Hot Thai Kitchen

Singapore fried rice is a spicy version of yang chow fried rice. This dish had chilli and curry paste include for spiciness. I also include some pineapples for added taste. It is cooked similar to any fried rice dishes with addition of spiciness. See recipe and video below for guidance.
Ingredients;
250g cooked rice
30g prawns
30g char siu
30g cooked chicken breast
20g garden peas
30 pineapple
1 egg
2 small chillies
1 stalk spring onion

Condiments;
2 tbalespoon vegetables oil
2g salt
2g msg
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
half tablespoon curry paste (fern brand prefer, if not curry powder will do)
1 tablespoon garlic oil ( or scented oil if not sesame oil will do)

Curry Chicken Fried Rice

Curry Chicken Fried Rice is a quick and easy recipe because it uses simple ingredients that many people may already have. Feel free to adjust meats and veggies to your liking. I had lots of green beans left in the fridge therefore I used them. You can also use frozen peas and carrots. May also change this into seafood by using shrimp and fish balls. Have fun in the kitchen! Enjoy;)
Ingredients: 1) 4 rice-cooker cups rice, cooked and cooled. 2) 2 1/2 cups cooked diced chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper. 3) 2 1/2 cups cut green beans, blanched. 4) 3 large eggs scrambled. 5) few stalks green onion, cut. 6) 1 medium yellow onion, diced. 7) 3 cloves garlic, minced 8) 1/2 TBS sugar. 9) 1 tsp salt 10) 2 TBS curry powder. 11) 3 TBS light soy sauce.
