How to cook Swai Fish Curry in Coconut Milk “S-Why” in Easy Steps in Indian Punjabi Style.

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Swai Fish “S-Why”

2= Tbsp. Garlic | 2= Tbsp. Ginger

2= Tbsp. Green Chili | 2= Tbsp. Corn Flour

1= Tbsp. Cumin Seed | 1= Tbsp. Coriander Powder

1= Tbsp. Turmeric Powder | 1= Tbsp. Garam Masala

1= Tbsp. Salt to taste

1= Tbsp. Deggi Mirch (Paprika)

1= Tsp Amchur (Mango Powder)

1= can Coconut Milk (unsweetened)

½= cup Olive Oil | 1= Onion | 1= Potato

Garnish with Cilantro and serve and ENJOY!!!
