How to make this Pinoy Fish Curry

 You will need.

Tilapia fish—1 large size

Potato—-350 gm

Carrots–250gm

Coconut milk–400ml

Ginger—5 thumbs

Onion—1 med.size

Tomato-1 med.size

Turmeric powder—1 tbsp

Capsicum—120gm

Fish sauce—3 tbsp

Garlic—4 cloves

bay leaf–2 pieces

Salt–1/2 tsp

Ground black pepper–1/2 tsp

Cooking oil

Water

 

1st step fry the tilapia fish and set it aside. now start sauteing the garlic ginger onion and tomato stir it for 2 minutes.

Add the potato carrots turmeric powder bay leaf coconut milk and some water cook it for 7 minutes with cover.open the lid add the fish sauce salt ground black pepper capsicum and fried tilapia.

Cook it again for another 5 minutes and Enjoy…..
