  1. How would we make this with uncooked kabobs? How would make this with the fully cook kebabs? I only found uncooked and fully cooked kebabs, not precooked, so in wondering about the variations on yhis recipe.

    I tried this recipe. I took 15 kebabs instead of 30, 6 onions instead of 12 & 4 tomatoes instead of 8 but my dish din't leave much water like urs. It ws dry. Can you pls tell why.? 

  4. wa/slam jee, first off all i used the ready made kebabs, secondly cover and cooking it , it will turn softer, and adding masala is for the tomatos and onions, to give it the taste.
