  2. Absoultely! Same as with the rice, just make sure it's cold before you add it to the pan or it will get mushy. Let me know how it turns out

  5. I had something close to this from one of the chain restaurants. This creation gets my vote Chef! Looks Delicious!

  7. Hahahaha – you and I are so alike! LOL! I was using my Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil this summer as suntan oil, among other things – I think I am going to turn into a coconut! I am googling Veg'n Prawns now

    I am TERRIBLE about recipes I am an eye baller cook. However I can point people to a recipe or they can stand and watch me make it, LOL!!! I so loved the many layers of coconut you used in this. I would have used Jasmine Brown Rice or Brown Sushi Rice either way I know it was good!

  8. Me too! I used to joke that I love coconut so much, I would drink Hawaiian Tropic suntan lotion cuz it smells so good, LOL. I may have to give that shrimp curry a try using some Sophie's Kitchen veg*n prawns…do you have a favorite recipe?

  9. I am a Coconut Head and I don't think there is much that I do not like. I do like a Jamaican Shrimp Curry in Coconut Cream/Milk.
